You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at gorallymedia.com and providing your mobile number, or by giving your number directly to Rally Media in person, by phone, or in writing and verbally agreeing to be texted (this consent, the date, and what was agreed to are logged before any message is sent).
Consent is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational and sent only as needed — there is no fixed schedule or recurring blast.
Message and data rates may apply. Rally Media does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
