Straight answer, no fine print: on the $299/mo Full Package, your site comes down when you cancel — you're renting an all-in service, so when the service stops, so does the site. On the $499 Own-the-Build plan, you own the site outright. If you cancel hosting with us, we hand off the files and DNS and you take it anywhere. No cancellation fee on either plan. Month-to-month, both lanes.
Do you charge for changes?
On the $299/mo Full Package: no. Text or email us a change — new photo, updated pricing, holiday hours, a new service page — and we just make it. Unlimited within reason (we're not rebuilding the whole site every week). On the $499 Own-the-Build plan, updates are billed per request at a flat hourly rate so you only pay for what you actually need.
How fast is 'live in days'?
From signed agreement and onboarding form, most Rally sites are live within 5–10 business days. Emergency-trade builds (plumbing, restoration) we push harder on. The first version goes live before your first monthly payment clears — if you don't love it, you don't pay. Faster than 'live in days' is rare for anyone doing it right; slower than that usually means the agency is overbooked or padding the bill.
